
New Year, New You
And just like that it’s 2018. I like to use the first week of each new year to reflect on the previous twelve months and set goals and intentions for the year ahead. The last couple of days I’ve spent focusing on what went well in 2017 and where I can make changes to make 2018 an even better year.
